Return & Exchange Policy
At Fashions Demand, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide exchanges for damaged or defective items to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
Exchange Eligibility:
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is:

Damaged,

Defective, or
-
You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn or unused,
-
In its original packaging, and
-
With tags attached.
You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please contact us at fashionsdemand7@gmail.com to begin the exchange process. Include your order number and photos of the item showing the damage or issue.
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it’s damaged or incorrect, notify us right away so we can resolve it quickly with an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
We cannot exchange the following:

Custom or personalized items,
-
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants),

Beauty/personal care items,
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,

Items purchased on sale or gift cards.

European Union Customers:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are still entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law. However, we only offer exchanges for eligible items, not refunds. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
